At The Cotton Rush, we pour our hearts into ensuring that our 100% pure cotton collections bring ultimate comfort to you and your little ones. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make it right!
⏳ Return & Exchange Window
We happily accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To maintain the highest hygiene standards for our delicate children's wear and everyday loungewear, your item must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

Items that smell of perfume, detergent, or smoke, or show any signs of wear (including makeup or food stains) will be strictly rejected and sent back.

For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. As a reminder, it typically takes 5-7 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your original method of payment, depending on your bank's processing times.
📏 Exchanges (Size Issues)
We want those pure cotton outfits to fit perfectly! If you need to exchange an item for a different size in the exact same style and color, please reach out to us. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
We quality-check every single piece before it leaves our facility. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will prioritize sending you a perfect replacement at no extra cost!
