Terms & Conditions – The Cotton Rush

Welcome to The Cotton Rush. By browsing this website or placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Acceptance & Availability

All orders placed on our website (thecottonrush.co.in) or through our official WhatsApp channel are subject to acceptance and stock availability.
An order confirmation (Email/WhatsApp) does not signify our acceptance of your order; it confirms that we have received it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:
- Unforeseen stock shortages.
- Errors in product descriptions or pricing.
- Identification of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Non-serviceable delivery locations.

2. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Accepted Payment Modes:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
- Net Banking.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select pin codes. A handling fee of ₹75 applies to all COD orders.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 business days.
Delivery Timeline: Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
Shipping Charges:
- A standard shipping fee of ₹75 applies to COD orders.
- Free Shipping is applicable on all Prepaid orders.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email. The Cotton Rush is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or natural calamities.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a seamless experience, the customer agrees to:

Provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including Pincode and Landmark).
Ensure availability to receive the package or coordinate with the courier partner.
Important: Do not accept any package that appears tampered with or unsealed at the time of delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, designs, text, and images (such as our "Sleep & Slumber" and "Everyday Loungewear" collections), is the property of The Cotton Rush. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Cotton Rush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of transactions on this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India
