Shipping Policy – The Cotton Rush

At The Cotton Rush, we strive to deliver your 100% pure cotton favorites as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process and charges.

1. Shipping Charges & Incentives

We offer special benefits for customers who choose digital payment methods:

Prepaid Orders: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders, regardless of the order value.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A standard shipping and handling fee of ₹75 applies to all COD orders.

2. Processing & Dispatch

Timeline: All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
Operating Days: We ship Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, your order should reach you within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Tracking: As soon as your order is handed over to our logistics partner, we will send you a tracking link via WhatsApp/Email/SMS so you can follow its journey.

4. Non-Serviceable Areas & Pincodes

While we ship across India, some remote areas may not be serviceable for Cash on Delivery. In such cases, our team will reach out to you to convert the order to Prepaid or provide an alternative solution.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before returning it to our warehouse. Please ensure:

The provided contact number is reachable.
The shipping address is complete with a landmark and correct Pincode.
Note: Re-shipping a returned package may incur additional shipping charges.

6. Damaged Packaging

If you notice that the package is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it. Take a photo or video of the tampered box and contact us immediately at [Insert WhatsApp Number] so we can resolve the issue with the courier partner.
